What if my pickup was unsuccessful?

1. Click on 'Unsuccessful'

If your pickup was unsuccessful, simply click on the 'Unsuccessful' button on the Pickup Order page. 

2. Key in reason for unsuccessful pickup

Simply type in the reason for the unsuccessful pickup, it could be anything from "The pickup location was wrong" to "Pickup location was empty".

 

Remember to attach some photos if you have any, for proof of an unsuccessful pickup! 

Once you're done, click on 'Confirm Unsuccessful', and you're all set!
