Delete your Transport-Partner Account

You can delete your Transport-Partner Account at any time as long as you have completed all outstanding orders.

Once you delete your account, it can’t be reactivated, and you’ll lose access to your account and all of your order history. Deleting your account doesn’t delete any actions you’ve made to the orders. 

Steps to delete your account

  1. In the Transport-Partner App, go to SettingsDelete Account
  2. On the Delete Account page, type DELETE.
  3. Click 'Permanently DELETE my account'.
  4. Click Confirm Delete account.
