Place an order for land and sea delivery

Step 1: Create a Marine order

1. Navigate to https://app.gotsurge.co/active-orders & click "Fill Form"
2. Click "Marine"
    
3. Click the "Search vessel name or IMO" field.

Step 2: Set delivery from Warehouse to Berth (Land)

1. Click "Land"

1. Enter the pickup location such as your Warehouse.
   Or select a location from your saved addresses.
2. Enter the date & time for the Transport-Partner to deliver the cargo
3. Click "Land"
4. Enter the delivery location such as Penjuru Terminal or PSA Terminal 1.
   Or select a location from your saved addresses.
5. Enter the date & time for the Transport-Partner to deliver the cargo to the berth
6. Select the Truck size

Step 3: Set delivery from berth to Mother Vessel (Sea)

1. Click "Add Delivery Location"

1. Click "Sea"
2. Enter the anchorage name such as Eastern Anchorage (AEW).
3. Enter the date & time for the Transport-Partner to deliver the cargo
4. Select "Boat"
5. Select your Cargo type & Quantity (Qty), and "Hazardous Material" if the cargo is a Dangerous Good (DG)
6. Click "Place Order"
7. Click "I confirm that the description and specifics of my delivery details are correct and complete." and click "Confirm".

That's all - your Order is confirmed and you will be assigned a Transport-Partner soon!
