What if my delivery was unsuccessful?
1. Click on 'Unsuccessful'
If your pickup was unsuccessful, simply click on the 'Unsuccessful' button on the Delivery Order page.
2. Key in reason for unsuccessful delivery
Simply type in the reason for the unsuccessful delivery, it could be anything from "The delivery location was wrong" to "No key personnel at delivery location".
Remember to attach some photos if you have any, for proof of an unsuccessful delivery!
Once you're done, click on 'Confirm Unsuccessful', and you're all set!
