We’re starting 2025 with improvements to digital documentation, making deliveries more seamless and transparent. Our latest update enhances the Electronic Proof of Delivery (ePOD), ensuring better record-keeping and smoother endorsement workflows.

Enhanced Electronic Proof of Delivery (ePOD)

Managing delivery confirmations is now easier and more efficient:

• Shipper-Controlled Recipient Email: Shippers can now set the recipient’s email address, ensuring they receive the ePOD for digital endorsement immediately after the delivery is completed.
• Automatic ePOD Distribution: The shipper and order creator will also receive a copy of the ePOD and the recipient’s endorsement for full transparency and record-keeping.

This update streamlines the delivery verification process, reducing paperwork and making endorsements faster and more secure.
